Is maintenance really unlimited?
Yes. We don't count how many times you call or how many small changes you request. If you're making 50+ requests per month, we might have a conversation about workflow, but for normal business needs, it's truly unlimited.
What if something breaks on my site?
We monitor your site 24/7 and usually catch issues before you do. If something breaks, call or text us immediately. We prioritize emergency fixes and handle them within hours, not days.
Can I cancel the maintenance service?
If you're on the monthly plan ($175/mo), maintenance is built-in and can't be separated. If you own your site outright (lump sum), maintenance is optional at $50/mo. You can cancel anytime, though we don't recommend it.
